Mr Kaba is currently the Head of Orange Fab Côte d’Ivoire, the start-ups’ accelerator of the mobile telecommunications giant Orange Côte d’Ivoire. Innovation contributes significantly to the ease of doing business and to the efficient delivery of services to the public. To that end, Mr Kaba's other experience includes transforming the mobile payment landscape in West & Central Africa with a turnaround story of mobile money in Côte d’Ivoire from one and a half million registered customers in 2011 to five millions in 2013.

Mr Kaba was also instrumental in the increase of Orange Money to two third of the accounting base, which translates to three quarters of financial transactions (value & number). Under Mr Kaba's stewardship, Orange Money offered its customers utilities payments, insurance premium payments and facilitation of cash deposits and withdrawals through ATMs. Mr Sadamoudou Kaba spent two years in Botswana as Project Management Office Manager at Orange Botswana where he was responsible for Orange Botswana’s operational alignment with Group strategy. Mr Kaba was also responsible for the restructuring of and positioning of Orange Botswana.

Mr Kaba joined Orange Côte d’Ivoire in 2004, in the Marketing Department where he established the leadership of Orange in Innovation through value added services, prepaid roaming but to name a few. As project Manager, he contributed significantly to the successful deployment of the first GPRS network of the country

Before joining the Orange group of companies, Mr Kaba was Business Advisory Services Manager at KPMG regional office in Abidjan the position he ascended to from the position of Technical Secretary in charge of the Universal Postal Union’s Congress Information system.

Mr Kaba started his career as Telecommunications Analyst in charge of Africa within the International Secretarial of Amnesty International in London back in 1994. Mr Kaba has participated in and been a speaker at telecommunications and IT related forums including
